Radio Drive
Thursday, April 10 - Monday, April 14
Pledge Drive Volunteers needed to answer
phones and take pledges.

 Public Relations Assistant:
Research and update media lists, contact information and create
vendor files.

Merchandise
Pick-Up Volunteers:
Needed on a regular
basis during the month of April to pick-up auction
items from donors throughout our coverage area. Must
have a valid driver's license, be able to lift in excess
of 50 pounds and keep items organized.

Data Entry: Update volunteer
database records. Must be computer literate.

Matching Gifts Updates:
Update matching gifts information for consistency and
eligibility. Must be computer literate and possess
good telephone skills.

Volunteer Coordinator Assistant:
Schedule volunteers to answer phones for drives, auctions
and other special events. Good telephone
skills required.
- On-Call Volunteer Receptionist:
Serves as a back-up when staff and other volunteers
are
unavailable.
- On-Call Pledge Drive Volunteers: Serves
as a back-up when other scheduled volunteers are unable
to cover phones.
Ideally, individuals should live in close proximity of
the station in case of inclement weather.
