The arts are thriving in our part of the world.
For several weeks on Thursday nights WSKG TV's new weekly arts
program has presented local performing groups with holiday
music. Now, WSKG's new TV producer Jennifer Matoney is preparing
fascinating
stories of creative artists of all varieties from around our
area. Thursday 1/3/08 Expressions featured Elmira
painter Kathleen Huddle presenting a guided tour of her studio
in Elmira; local musicians at the Cyber
Café West in
Binghamton, and the mask exhibit "Transforming Journeys" at
Binghamton's Roberson Museum. This
episode aired Thursday, January 3 at 8pm; Sunday, January 13,
2008 at 1:30am and 10:30pm on WSKG TV.See
